Jupiter is currently retrograde in Libra, so I thought it was a good opportunity to talk about Jupiter's transit through Libra. Jupiter started going through Libra on September 9th 2016 and it will stay in Libra till October 10th 2017. Jupiter's transit through Libra puts a spotlight on growth and expansion in the realm of relationships.
Our relationships have been in the spotlight with this transit so that we can grow when it comes to relationships, whether we are in one or not. Overall, Jupiter in Libra wants us to build relationships that are healthy and involve harmony, peace, equality and compromise. It's time to figure out what a healthy relationship is all about!
Jupiter is about growth and expansion, but it's also know as the greater benefic and planet of luck. This means that there may be some good fortune around for the taking in the relationship realm as well.
Besides one-on-one relationships, fairness in general is emphasized. It's important to remember to do what's right and fair in all situations this year. Selfishness will only backfire. It's time to be diplomatic. It's also good for those in the arts because of the Libra influence. There is an expansive artistic energy around for the taking.
A challenge we have been dealing with during this transit is Uranus opposite Jupiter. This aspect has been going on for awhile now. Uranus is in Aries and is pulling us towards exerting our independence, so there is a tug of war between independence and relationships. This has been a cause of a lot of relationship friction. It's just important to acknowledge this and try to find the balance.
One last thing to mention is that if you are a Libra or were born with Jupiter in Libra, this will probably be quite a profound year for you! You might find yourself dealing with a lot of growth and hopefully having a nice dose of luck as well.
~Overall this should be a nice transit that gives our relationships a much needed positive makeover. Remember to work towards harmony, compromise, equality and peace and this transit should be a relatively easy one for you~
