Full Moon in Cancer: Get in Touch With Your Feelings

Happy Winter Solstice and beginning of Capricorn season everyone! We start off winter with a Full Moon in Cancer that is exact tomorrow morning. 

Befor I get into the energy of the actual Full Moon, I want to talk about some aspects that we have had leading up to it. These aspects aren't exact anymore, but yet they make up part of the energy at the moment still. First of all the Sun and Chiron were square. That was about needing to heal the feeling of the void within. Then the Sun was in a trine with Uranus, which was about change and looking towards the future. Then Mercury was conjunct Jupiter, which is a very optimistic, expansive, exciting and again very future oriented aspect. Then Venus was trine Neptune, which is dreamy and romantic. All this energy that was the build up to the Full Moon, is still affecting us a bit. 

Full Moons are usually a culmination point and also a time to let go. With the Full Moon happening at 0 degrees however, it also marks a beginning point as well. With the Moon in Cancer it's definitely a time to let go of any feelings we have been holding on to. It's actually been a watery time recently. Lots of feelings! The Moon actually is the sign that rules Cancer as well, so this is totally a very emotional time. Let those pent up feelings go. When you do that, you can have a new beginning emotionally. You can be in a totally new space in your feelings. 

Now Full Moons are never made up of one energy. They actually are made up of the Sun and the Moon in opposite signs. The Moon wouldn't have any phases without the Sun after all. This Full Moon we are dealing with the Cancer and Capricorn axis. This axis has a lot to do with security. Capricorn with material security and Cancer with emotional security. Perhaps during this we need to release things we've been clinging to thinking they're making us feel secure, but they're really not. Discovering where a true sense of security comes from. 

The Nodes are in Cancer and Capricorn, so this energy will continue to be a big focus. Figuring out how secure we feel, dealing with security issues and realizing where true security comes from. With the North Node in Cancer a huge emphasis is and will be on feelings and our changing moods etc. We have to accept the emotional part of ourselves and pay more attention to it. 

~Overall this is a powerful Full Moon as it starts to get us more acquainted with the Nodal energy. This is an emotional time. Pay attention to your feelings. Let go of those that don't serve you. Be emotionally secure within yourself. ~

New Moon in Sagittarius and Mercury Direct: Time to Get in Touch With Your Feelings and Trust the Universe

On December 6th (11:20 PM pst) we will be having a New Moon in Sagittarius. There is so much going on this New Moon! The fact that it is happening the day Mercury turns direct is exciting, yet there's a lot more going on besides that. It sure is a great time to plant seeds for what you would like to manifest. Things from this point onwards are moving forwards! 

To start, I'll talk about the general energy of the New Moon in Sagittarius. Sag is a sign that is associated with the future. The symbol associated with Sag is an archer. It's a time to look towards our futures and start deciding where we would like to point our arrows. To decide what we would like to manifest. This is optimistic and expansive energy. With Jupiter, the planet that rules Sag at home, this shows a lot of luck and opportunity around this New Moon as well. Sag also has to do with beliefs. This means it's a great time to change your beliefs about your self and life to be more positive. Positive mindsets and affirmations can be really helpful at this time. 

At the time of the New Moon, Mars and Neptune will be conjunct in Pisces. This in itself is an interesting aspect. Mars rules the ego and Neptune is spirit. This aspect is the dissolution of the ego. If you are really in your ego energy at the moment and caught up with what you 'want' this will be more difficult. Yes, get excited about what you would like to manifest, but don't get so caught up with what you think you want that you miss what the universe wants you to have. This is a very magical and spiritual aspect on one hand. A time to surrender your wants and see what the universe has in store for you. Trust is so important at this time. Tune in and trust your intuition. The trouble with this aspect is that it will square the New Moon. Yet the Sun and Moon are 2 degrees beyond Mars and Neptune. I think that means we are moving beyond some of this confusing energy we've been dealing with lately. There still may be a bit of a fog though. Much more clarity than earlier in the week still. Just don't get too frustrated if all is not super clear yet. The clouds are still clearing. These aspects just show that the more you trust the universe, the more magical everything will be. Have faith! 

Some great news is that Mercury will be going direct the day of the New Moon. This completes a cycle of quite a few retrogrades that began in summer time and has really been one thing after another. I bet everyone is glad to be done with all of that! From this point forward we can plant our seeds and actually watch them grow! We will be picking up speed now slowly, but surely. There may be more clarity available now. More emotional clarity than anything else with how Mercury is situated. Something super cool will happen when Mercury turns direct. It will be in a grand water trine with the North Node in Cancer and Chiron in Pisces. If you add in the South Node in Capricorn you basically get a kite formation! Wow! Mercury is going direct in such a cool configuration. There's lots of emotion as all water signs are connected. In fact, the most clarity you may get at this time will likely be emotional. The emotional and spiritual energy is at an all time high! With the  kite pattern this is also a fated time and a time for take off! So get ready everybody. With Mercury in Scorpio we have insight into the depths and the shadows. We have the ability to see what we really desire. With the North Node in Cancer we can nurture ourselves and find emotional security. With Chiron in Pisces there can be emotional healing and an ability to heal our connection to spirit and to heal the 'void' within. So many feelings and lots of healing! While logic isn't highlighted at the moment, we do still need to maintain some sort of grounding with the South Node in Capricorn that completes the kite pattern. There are lots of emotions, spiritual energy and exuberance for the future, yet we need some grounding at the moment to have a foundation as we move forward. 

~The more I look at the chart of the New Moon, the more magical it seems. Yes, there still may be confusion and logic is lacking. The element we don't have represented in the planets at the moment is air, which rules the mind, intellect and logic. That means don't expect clarity in your mind. It's about your feelings, which can really be your guide right now and about trusting in spirit. This New Moon though really starts a new phase of moving forward. This is a time to be excited about what the future holds. A time to trust that your life will unfold in the right direction. ~

Mercury Retrograde in Sagittarius ( And a Bit in Scorpio!): What does your future look like?

On November 16th (2018) Mercury turned retrograde right after Venus turned direct. We've had pretty constant retrogrades since summer. A Mars retrograde, then a Mercury retrograde while Mars was still retrograde, and then most recently a Venus Retrograde. All the personal planets! (all the planets go retrograde, but these three affect us the most personally, so these are the ones I'm talking about). Now we are having the final retrograde of the year where we get to reflect on everything we've learned and integrate it all. 

All of these retrogrades were frustrating to some degree I know, but the universe is really trying to get us all majorly on track this year. It's like our life path is a bowling lane, and the universe put the guards up so that we can't veer off course. Ultimately these are really free will choices though, but it's more supported and better for our lives and happiness to go with the energy and do the work. 

If you got more on track during the recent retrogrades hopefully you are more aware of your authentic self, your deep desires, the right path and life that aligns with your authentic self, what you would like in romantic relationships, and hopefully you released situations that were pulling you off path. Now after all of that we are ready to move forward, but we need to use this Mercury retrograde to integrate it all and see how this all fits together. 

Mercury will mostly be retrograde in Sagittarius. Sagittarius's symbol is the archer and it is the sign that is focused on the future. Now that we have hopefully gotten more on track, we can take this time to reflect and see how everything we've learned fits into our futures. It's an important final step. This retrograde may not seem quite so withdrawn as the other ones because while Mercury appears to be moving backwards, Sagittarius is forward focused. We should remember however, that reflection and time spent taking it easy is a good idea at this time. 

Mercury will actually move back into Scorpio for a few days at the end of it's retrograde. After our days focused on the future and thinking about how it all fits together, we will have a few days to finally check in and double check that we are truly following our desires and the right path. These few days might feel more withdrawn and the reflection energy may be deeper. 

✨Typical Mercury Retrograde Things to Watch Out For:✨

-Communication difficulties/miscommunication

-Technology acting up

-Be extra cautious about travel plans

-Careful of starting new things, be cautious and discerning about them

-People from the past may crop up

-You may feel like spending more time alone (I know it's the holiday season, but you'll be better off if you make sure to sneak in some alone time too)

-It's a good time to re-do, re-think etc. 

It may seem kind of annoying that we are having another retrograde. This is like the final puzzle piece though! It's helpful and necessary. So start thinking about what you would like your future to look like. Start putting together everything you've learned about yourself. It truly is a powerful time. I know this energy can get a bit restless (especially with Jupiter in it's home sign, which is the ruler of most of Mercury retrograde). It's like we want to run towards the future with open arms, but we gotta chill for a minute and figure it all out. 

Jupiter in Sagittarius

On November 8th (2018) Jupiter entered Sagittarius where it will be till the very beginning of December 2019. Jupiter is at home in Sagittarius, so this is a great placement for it. Jupiter is the largest planet and it has to do with growth and expansion. It is also known as the planet of luck. Wherever it is transiting we are expanding through the traits of that sign.

With Jupiter at home in Sagittarius, get ready to just experience lots of growth and expansion. It's time to expand our horizons. This is a placement that has the potential to make everyone more optimistic and excited for the future. Sagittarius is the archer looking for where to shoot his arrow next and we will probably be doing just that, looking towards the future ready to explore and have adventures. 

Sagittarius has to do with the 'higher mind' and exploring beliefs and philosophies. This can be a time where we really expand our minds and our beliefs about life and spirituality. Our philosophies and even other cultures. Sagittarius is a sign that celebrates diversity. 

The thing about Jupiter in Sagittarius is that people can really overdo things. This is the caveat and it's really important during this year to not go overboard with anything. Don't gamble, don't overindulge, don't become a wild party animal. Be excited about the future, stay optimistic, have adventures, but don't push anything! Yes, it's time to expand and grow, but don't go overboard with this. Yes, Jupiter rules growth and expansion, but it's not limitless, so don't start thinking you are. The planet right after Jupiter is Saturn, which happens to be in it's home sign of Capricorn at the moment. Saturn has to do with restriction. It's the last planet that really has to do with the material world and it is a kind of container that holds it all together. That is why it has to do with restriction. The human world has it's limits. Especially at this time with Saturn in Capricorn and Jupiter in Sagittarius you will be reminded of this. When you get way over enthusiastic thinking you're invincible with Jupiter, Saturn reminds you that you have got to be practical, structured and to know your limits. Opportunities and expansion abound with Jupiter in Sagittarius, but you still have to take it slow and steady up the mountain like a mountain goat. 

The last thing I want to talk about is Jupiter in Sagittarius and spirituality. Jupiter in Sagittarius has to do with beliefs, higher knowledge, religions and spiritual teachers. At one point it will square Neptune in Pisces, which has to do with spirituality and is a very high, cosmic, spiritual placement. It's pretty much the ultimate spiritual placement. Both these planets are in home signs now, exploring beliefs and spirituality, which is very powerful. Yet, they make a harsh aspect to each other. I think this means that we need to be very discerning in our spiritual quests. It's so important to not get caught up in delusions or illusions. Get in touch majorly with this spiritual energy, but make sure you are seeking the truth and not getting caught up in fantasy. Sagittarius has to do with the search for truth, yet it also can go overboard before it realizes what's happened. Stay in the truth seeking energy and don't get so optimistic and filled with faith that you don't even realize what you are getting yourself into or believing in. It's also important to not get self-righteous, which is an easy trap to get into with Sagittarius energy. Any time you start to get puffed up thinking your way is the truth and everyone else is wrong, take a step back to think before getting preachy or pushy. As for the Neptune part of this, at it's highest levels it embodies absolute spiritual truth and unity with all that is. Yet, at the lower levels it's a planet that deals with deception, illusion and fantasy. Basically whatever you are exploring spiritually this year, be discerning and seek the truth. Don't believe everything you hear and don't become self-righteous. It is a powerful time of spiritual exploration though, don't get me wrong.

~This will be an exciting year for everyone with Jupiter in Sagittarius! It's a good transit to have as long as you don't go overboard basically. This energy affects everyone's life in a new way, it's a new cycle beginning. For those with Jupiter in Sagittarius, you are having your Jupiter return however, which is exciting! You are beginning a new 12 year cycle. Also, if you have your Sun in Sagittarius this should be a good transit for you overall. ~

North Node in Cancer, South Node in Capricorn Transit

On November 6th the Nodes changed signs and went into Cancer and Capricorn. They will be there till the beginning of June 2020, about an 18 month long cycle. When the Nodes switch signs, the evolutionary karmic path as a collective shifts in a different direction. 

☊ What are the Nodes? ☋

I know many people get a bit lost when astrologers bring up the Nodes. The Nodes are not any sort of planetary body, they are mathematical points in space that have to do with the Moon's orbit. They have to do with where the Moon's orbit intersects the ecliptic (the Sun's apparent path). There's a North Node and a South Node and in astrology they are karmic points. They ultimately represent an axis of energy that needs to be in balance. Typically the South Node has to do with the past and perhaps things we need to move away from. The North Node has to do with energies we need to step into. 

For the past 18 months we were dealing with the North Node in Leo, South Node in Aquarius. It was all about authenticity and stepping into the light of who you are and sharing that with the world. I talked about that energy constantly I feel. Now we're switching gears into Cancer - Capricorn energy and trust me this won't be the last time you hear me talk about this energy! 

♋ The Cancer - Capricorn axis ♑

Cancer and Capricorn are opposite signs in the zodiac. Opposite signs always form an axis of energy. The Cancer - Capricorn axis has to do with security. Capricorn is an earth sign that has to do with material/physical security, while Cancer is a water sign and has to do with emotional security. When both sides are in balance we feel both physically and emotionally secure. Cancer and Capricorn both are cardinal signs. Cardinal signs have to with movement forward and ambition in a way. After having the Nodes in fixed signs, as they changed into Cancer and Capricorn you may have felt a rush of energy, especially with Uranus in Aries squaring them. All of a sudden there is a push and desire to move forward. Capricorn seeks out physical/material security and success by it's ambition and hard work. Cancer seeks out emotional security by seeking out a safe home base and family and by nurturing others. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and Cancer by the Moon. These two planets are the ones that represent the mother and father respectively. Traditionally the father provided the structure and material security in a family, while the mother provided the homey feeling and emotional security. It's important at this time to look back at how these energies played out growing up. Perhaps some may have to deal with mother and father issues and whether they got both types of security or not. Saturn is patriarchal energy and the Moon is matriarchal. There's going to be a balancing of these energies. It's pretty standard that everyone knows we've been living in a patriarchal society, so this nodal transit offers a chance to balance out this energy a bit more. 

☋ South Node in Capricorn ♑

We need to balance the energy of the Nodes ultimately. Although, the South Node also represents things we should be moving away from a bit or taking the gifts from that energy and focusing on the North Node. We are shifting the focus away from the physical/material world and any excess focus on material security. Now, we do have two major transits happening in Capricorn at the same time, so there actually is still a focus there. Pluto, which will continue it's long transit through Capricorn while the South Node is there and Saturn, which will be in Capricorn for the majority of the time the South Node is there and is also just the ruling planet of Capricorn. With Pluto, the material/physical structures are undergoing transformation. Societal structures, governmental structures etc. With Saturn there, there's been a focus on being serious, practical and structured about our material/physical lives and the lives we are trying to build. So, there is still a big Capricorn focus. It will be a relief however to have some focus on Cancer energy while we are still building structures n our physical lives and transforming these things on a collective level. If you feel somewhat secure in your material/physical life and even in your body, you may be able to now focus more attention on the Cancer emotional side of things. Yet at this time, it's important to realize that material things, status, what you do etc are things that you shouldn't place an extreme amount of importance on. Not a good time to be super materialistic and be overly driven towards success. There needs to be a rebalancing with that type of energy. Realizing that security in the material world won't give you happiness or true security if you ignore your feelings and you suppress compassion. Saturn, the ruling planet of Capricorn, rules the patriarchy, so like i've mentioned we kind of have a chance to move out of this energy a bit more. Just a wee bit of balancing that out. Just don't think thats going to drastically change during this transit. 

☊ North Node in Cancer  ♋

Ok, so Cancer energy is what we're really focusing on and moving into. We're going to be more focused on the emotional realm and figuring out what true emotional security means. It's time to get in touch with those feelings and to be more in tune with the shifting tide of your feelings. It's also time to get in touch with nurturing energy. What is your relationship to nurturing energy? Did you get proper nurturing growing up or was there a lack? What do you do with your own potential to be nurturing? Do you allow yourself to nurture others? Do you let yourself feel compassion? Most importantly, do you nurture yourself? If that nurturing energy isn't directed at your own self first and foremost, how can you nurture others? This is a time period where self care is important. Nurturing yourself and paying attention to how you feel at all times and having compassion for own self is important. We must not shove our feelings down at this time. We must flow with each fluctuation of feeling. Cancer is ruled by the Moon. The Moon changes signs the most frequently of the planetary bodies and leads to different 'moods'. With the North Node in Cancer, the mood shifts from moment to moment and we must flow with it and accept all the different moods and feelings. The Moon goes through different phases as well, which we must flow with. Sometimes we run with open arms towards new life, other times we release. Sometimes we're more out in the world and other times we retreat. Sometimes we plant seeds, sometimes we have to let go. We must learn to go with it and accept that each moment isn't the same as the one before. Like a fertile woman's body, from week to week we will be in a different place and stage of life's cycle and we must learn to flow with that. Things cannot always maintain a Saturnian rigidity and order as nothing is the same from moment to moment and we will now need to be more in tune to this shifting, flowing and changing type energy. Cancer also has a lot to do with home and family. We will question and find out what true family means. Creating our inner circles or 'families', which doesn't mean it has to include blood family. Also, thinking about home and having a nest and retreat from the world where you can feel secure and recharge. Cancer has to do with matriarchal energy. So hopefully we get a little bit of rebalancing of matriarchal energy in this patriarchal society as we get more in touch with feminine energy and mother energy. The structures of our society have patriarchal orgins and to balance that we need to think how the structures would be if they were more matriarchal in nature. This is not about the typical feminism we see around today or females just being able to be equal to men because these issues are still happening within the patriarchal dynamic. It's hard to tell what a society that was more matriarchal would even look like cause we haven't had it. This energy reminds me of a fabulous novel called Herland by Charlotte Perkins Gilman about a matriarchal society. This nodal shift really reminds me of that book and all the fascinating ideas it brings up about what a matriarchal society could potentially look like. Again, I'm afraid I don't see major change happening with this, but maybe just some shifts in the right direction that bring more balance. 

☆You will hear much more about this nodal energy from me as time goes on, especially when we have eclipses and will have to integrate and deal with this energy more. I just wanted to give you all an introduction and an overview of this energy and this new 18 month cycle. Basically in the words of the Dalai Lama, " The planet does not need more successful people. The planet desperately needs more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers and lovers of all kinds." ☆

New Moon in Scorpio: Are You Ready For Big Shifts in Your Life?

Tomorrow, November 7th 2018, we have a New Moon in Scorpio! This is an exciting time full of big shifts. This doesn't just signify a new beginning of a new month, we are starting a new Jupiter year long cycle the day after and the day before we are starting a new 18 month long nodal transit. This is major shift time! 

New Moon's are a time to plant seeds and represent a time of new beginnings. This New Moon is taking place in Scorpio. Scorpio is a deep, powerful and transformational sign. This New Moon is a sign of a rebirth and a radical transformation. One of the other planetary shifts is Jupiter moving out of Scorpio. We just completed a year long deep scorpionic cycle. Also, Venus recently finished the part of it's retrograde that was in Scorpio. We have gone through a lot of scorpionic growth and learning. Gotten in touch with our deepest truths, our deep desires etc. Cleared out some of the old. Now that those cycles are over we get to rise like phoenixes and come out of our cocoons. This marks a time of rising into a new beginning, a rebirth. Very powerful! 

Besides the fact that Jupiter changes signs the day after the New Moon, we have two shifts the day before. The Nodes start a new 18 month cycle with the North Node in Cancer and the South Node in Capricorn. We are now on a new evolutionary karmic path as a collective. That's a big shift! I'll talk more about that specific Nodal shift in a different blog post. The second shift is that Uranus retrogrades back into Aries. The shift of Uranus going back into a fire sign could potentially be erratic or explosive, so watch out for some weird feeling energy on the 6th. 

Uranus will be at 29 degrees Aries and the Nodes at 29 degrees Cancer and Capricorn. This forms a t-square. They were actually already in one before they all moved as well. There are changes happening, so that we can be on the right karmic path! This 29th degree is so significant and not only is Uranus and the Nodes there, but Jupiter too! This marks a turning point! Very powerful! Venus is loosely opposite Uranus and that would create a sort of grand cardinal cross. Venus is finishing out it's retrograde in Libra at this time as well. This sort of grand fixed cross, shows a balancing out of individual needs vs harmonious relationships. The physical world vs the emotional. There are changes taking place in our individuality. We are discovering what we want in relationships and how to have harmonious ones. We are on a new evolutionary path. We are getting more in touch with our feelings, with nurturing energy, with compassion and we are going to be figuring out what true emotional security means. Besides the grand cross figuration, Jupiter is also trine the North Node at this time. All this energy is working together for these big shifts! 

There's two aspects to the New Moon that aren't quite exact, but still present. There is a trine with Neptune and a sextile with Pluto. The sextile with Pluto just adds to the transformative quality to this New Moon. Pluto is in Capricorn which is an earth sign. We are not only transforming on a soul level, but these transformations are rippling out into the structures in our outer lives. They are transforming as a result of our inner rebirth and transformation. The trine to Neptune on the other hand reminds us to connect spiritually. To know and trust that we are being divinely guided. To trust in your dreams as well. 

✨What a powerful time this is! So much shifting is happening. This is a new beginning, a rebirth, and a turning point. Embrace this next part of your journey everyone. ✨

Full Moon in Taurus: Are You Ready For Major Transformation?

Tomorrow, October 24th 2018 at 9:45 AM, we are having a Full Moon in Taurus. What a Full Moon it will be! It's activating a huge grand fixed cross. This is intense and powerful. There's so much going on! 

Full Moon's in general mark a time of harvest and completion and a letting go so that we can enter a new period and new energy. Moon phases are always based on where the Sun and Moon are in relation to each other. When the Moon is full, the Moon and Sun are opposite each other in opposing signs. Both the energy of the Sun and the Moon are equally important. This time we're dealing with the Moon in Taurus and the Sun in Scorpio. 

♏ Sun in Scorpio ♏

All this Scorpio energy has been getting us in touch with the depths of who we are, bringing up deep desires and making us face the shadows. It's very powerful and transformational. This Full Moon is a important point to finally release that which doesn't serve you; to let yourself yourself transform. It's the end of the old and time for the birth of the new. Even without without discussing the other energies this is a huge part of this time. The bottom line, so to speak, is transformation. A complete transformation involving letting the old die out and birthing the new. Scorpio does after all rule the cycles of life. There are times to let go, so that the new can come in. 

A big influence with the Scorpio part of the Full Moon is that Venus retrograde is conjunct the Sun. They are 3 degrees apart, but moving towards alignment with each other. Love is a big part of this Full Moon. You may be much closer to knowing what you want relationship wise. This can be more or less major depending on where you stand relationship wise. It's time to completely let go of the old relationships that no longer serve you or old patterns that no longer serve you. We need to make room for the new because if you've been doing the work, it's closer than ever. Another huge and wonderful part of this aspect is that we're closer to self love, to realizing the wonder of who we are. realizing our worth and all the wonderful things we deserve. This is powerful, let yourself align with this energy! This is a very magical element of everything that's been going on. 

♉ Moon in Taurus  ♉

Now Taurus is known for being the most stubborn of the fixed signs. It's the fixed earth sign after all. It's wonderful for stability and building foundations. However, there's nothing stable to this time, but that's ok! In fact it can be wildly exciting! After all Uranus is the planet that's conjunct the Moon during the Full Moon. Stop being stubborn, stop holding on, it's time for change! Change is here! Transformation is here. It's time to build new foundations. The universe is giving us a shake. The more you go with it, the more exciting it will be. If your life has been stagnant get prepared! Taurus is the sign that Venus rules, so Venus is just woven throughout lots of this energy! 

♌ The Nodes ♒

Ok, so a cross is made of 4 points. One point is the Sun and Venus in Scorpio. Opposite from that we have the Moon and Uranus in Taurus. Then to make up the other part of the cross we have the North Node in Leo on one side and the South Node in Aquarius on the other. The Nodes are square the Scorpio planets and the Taurus planets and that's what our grand fixed cross consists of. It's almost the end of the time of the North Node in Leo and the South Node in Aquarius. It's important we remember their lesson as we go through these big transformations and changes. Remember to never give up your authenticity and who you really are. Remember to keep sharing that with the world. There may be some tension with this, but it's so important to bring this energy forward with us. With Venus Retrograde going on, it's especially important that we don't allow our authenticity to be diminished in relationships. Don't be in relationships that drain your light, authenticity, or anything that's yours. We need to be complete people on our own now and show up in relationships that way. Also, you should be like that when you're sharing with the world as well.

This is quite an intense Full Moon, but so powerful! This is ultimately bringing immense transformation and change. This can only help to completely solidify our dedication to ourselves and our authenticity, bringing us deeper in self love, aligned with our desires and to help bring the love and relationships that are right for us into our lives. 

Venus Retrograde in Scorpio and Libra

Venus went retrograde at 10 degrees Scorpio yesterday! It will be retrograde for 40 days. This will be a profound time of reflection for relationships and for feminine energy. 

Venus will spend the rest of October going backwards through Scorpio. It will also spend time retrograde in Libra in the first half of November. The retrograde starts at 10 degrees Scorpio and ends at 25 degrees Libra. Mid November it will turn direct again. It will be in shadow however till mid December. It will be in Scorpio till the end of the year. 

From now till mid November we'll be turning within with the Venus energy and learning all sorts of things. From mid November through mid December we'll be moving forward with Venus energy again, but putting into action perhaps what we had learned during the Retrograde. Weirdly enough, the day after Venus turns direct, Mercury will go retrograde. When Venus moves forward we will be implementing what we learned, but we will also have to turn within and reflect in a different way. Midway through December we will be moving into completely new Venus territory, just still in Scorpio. August through till the end of 2018 we will only have dealt with Libra and Scorpio Venus energy. That's pretty crazy. We really need to hone in on those energies however. 

Now that I have laid out the technicalities, let's get into what it all means! 

♡Venus Retrograde in General♡

So! Venus Retrograde! What's it all about? Truly the biggest part of a Venus Retrograde is that we're being forced to reflect on love in our lives. Yes, romantic relationships are the biggest area highlighted during a Venus Retrograde. We are being asked to reflect on this area to see what it is we really want. This can impact you whether you are coupled up or single. Any type of situation. There can also be some reflection on self love as well. Venus has to do with pleasure in our lives, so we can also question whether our lives in general are pleasurable; whether we love our lives. There can also be a bit of financial reflection as well. Questioning where you are investing your resources. Another big area that Venus retrograde brings up is divine feminine energy. It's undergoing reflection now. With Mars retrograde during the summer, the masculine energy got reflected on and now the feminine. This is pretty powerful. All these issues of masculine energy and now feminine energy have been and will be highlighted. Now it's time to dig deep and reflect on feminine energies. Yes, this is particularly powerful if you are a woman, but keep in mind that it affects everyone and is more about energy than gender. 

♏Venus in Scorpio♏

Venus will be going back through Scorpio initially, starting at 10 degrees. This is a very deep and intense placement. We'll be going down to the underworld, down to the depths, to figure out what our souls truly desire and need. This will help show us (if we're willing to let it) the truth of our desires. Going through this transit, nothing less than what we truly desire will do anymore. This will crack us open to the desires that we have shoved down or set aside for a rainy day. When it comes to love and romantic relationships what is is that you truly want? Perhaps you've been thinking you can't have it or it's too much. Well that's not true and mediocre lives won't do anymore! If you're single you probably have a lot to consider. If you're partnered up this could be different, perhaps there's just a couple things brought up from the depths that you may want that you should discuss with your partner. If you're partnered up, how intense this will be will depend on how things have been going between you two. Jupiter is at the end of it's year in Scorpio as this is going on and both these planets want us to uncover what we're hiding in the depths of ourselves. They want to crack us open so that we can live our lives completely aligned with our soul's desires. Wants us to clear out what we've been holding on to in the depths. Wants us to allow passion to fill every cell of our being and to affect our lives. It's time to live passionate, soul fulfilling lives. This can also be tremendously powerful for self love on a deep level. 

♎Venus in Libra ♎

The Scorpio portion of the retrograde will be where we do a lot of the deep work and really bring to the surface our true desires. After that, when Venus goes back into Libra we will be working on how to best compromise and have relationships that are more balanced and harmonious. The Scorpio portion of the retrograde will be more emotional, where as the Libra portion will be more mental as Libra is an air sign. Venus has a difficult time in Scorpio, but one of the signs it rules is Libra, so it's strong there. In Scorpio we will be figuring out what we really want and in Libra we will be figuring out how that works in the dynamics of relationships. 

💕What to Expect During a Venus Retrograde 💖

Besides the major theme of reflecting on relationships and also perhaps reflecting on themes of self love, feminine energy/femininity and maybe even finances, what can we expect? Well unlike Mercury or Mars retrograde, you shouldn't feel like your whole life slows down, so that's good. Relationships are really where things could get interesting. If you are looking to break up with someone or start something new, tread carefully. This doesn't mean you can't, but you should be very discerning. You may think about people from the past as you sort through your love life and sometimes people from the past can pop up. Every situation is different, but again use discernment. A lot of the time these things crop up to show you certain things you need to look at. I have heard of karmic connections happening at this time, but again be careful. Perhaps that could happen, but I would be careful about really committing and being sure about something till the retrograde is over. I think more karmic connections will be likely to happen when Venus starts moving forward. Sometimes new people show up, but it's only to show you something, not something to take seriously. Basically, everyone will be in different scenarios. You will be shown what you need to look at. You will have experiences you're meant to have. I can't give you yes or no answers on what to do, but I am just laying out all the possibilities so you can be discerning, see what comes your way with clarity and make decisions from your heart. 

✨This is a powerful time! Over the summer with the retrogrades and eclipses we really were forced to reflect on our authenticity. Really were pushed to step into our authentic selves and lives. Now with Venus retrograde, it's like we're taking that further and really figuring out how to have the relationships we truly desire. It's kind of like we're having a life makeover., so that we can live lives that are totally in alignment with us. Also, during the summer we had to look at masculine energy and now we're looking at feminine energy.. Everything is really getting balanced and realigned. Things may seem frustrating with so many retrogrades, but this will be so beneficial to us in the long run if we do the work and reflecting that we need to. Full Moon in Aries: Relationships vs. The 'Self'

Monday ( September 24th 2018), we will be having a Full Moon in Aries. This is a Full Moon that will bring up lots of issues around one-on-one relationships and our relationships to our own selves. 

The Aries Moon is what brings up issues around the 'self' and independence. The Sun in Libra brings up relationships to others. How do our relationships to ourselves fit in with relationships to others? Have you given up part of yourself? Or is this a time when a compromise needs to be reached? When I say relationships, it can be any one-on-one relationship. For lots of people romantic relationships can be a focus at this time though. Venus is in Scorpio, where it will go retrograde at the beginning of October. With this energy we are being questioned about our deep desires in romantic relationships. We will have to review lots when the retrograde happens, but at the moment we need to see what we need to release and move through. 

Chiron will be conjunct the Moon in Aries during the Full Moon. This means we may be dealing with wounds around ourselves and our identity. Whatever issues get brought up it's time to release them. Does this tie into relationships for you? Do you have wounds around your identity brought on by other people? Have you give up parts of yourself for others? You could have given parts up of yourself in very personal relationships or even more casual relationships or to fit into society. Mars in Aquarius is conjunct the South Node and is making a trine to the Sun during the Full Moon. This brings up all the energy of fitting in that we have been trying to move away from especially during this crazy summer we just had. Wounds around identity must be released now. Pleasing others on a personal or societal level at our own expense must be released. 

Mercury will be close to the Sun during the Full Moon. It's been traveling rather close to the Sun. This means perhaps there's potential to have some important conversations. Just remember that doesn't mean to come to any agreements that sacrifice yourself. If you're having conversations it should be to help assert yourself, heal issues, find compromises, or to make decisions. Do not give up yourself no matter what though. 

The biggest aspect happening with the Full Moon is an exact t-sqare with Saturn. This means it squares both the Sun and Moon. This can feel a bit depressive or restrictive. It's asking us to be serious though. To set boundaries. To do what we need to do in terms of these personal issues so that we can build the life we'd like to have. There's lots of tension between these planets, but we need to look to Saturn for solutions. That means we need to cut the crap, get serious, make decisions, take authority and be practical. Saturn is a very grounded and yet no nonsense energy. 

~Overall this is a rather heavy feeling Full Moon. It's an important turning point though for our relationships and for our own selves. It's a time to release wounds. It can be a tense time, but one that helps us do what needs to be done and get down to business. This is a good time to work through issues before Venus retrograde rolls around. Then we'll get really deep with what we want and need. ~

New Moon in Virgo: New Beginnings in Our Physical/Material lives

On Sunday (September 9th 2018 at 11:01 AM) we're having a New Moon in Virgo! New Moon's are always exciting times where we get to plant seeds for new beginnings. We were in such retrograde filled energy throughout the summer, that's its nice that things are slowly picking up the pace. 

I've been talking about how the earth energy has been highlighted a lot lately. Our physical/material lives have been center stage. Virgo is an earth sign, so this New Moon adds to that energy. This is a great time to think of things you would like to manifest in your material/physical world. This is a great time to start new practical ventures and projects, a great time to get organized, to start a new routine or to make a greater commitment to your health. This New Moon heralds potential new things in our physical/material lives. 

Now let's talk about the aspects to the New Moon. To start off we have Neptune opposing the New Moon. This may add a bit of confusion to what we want to manifest. Perhaps we aren't quite exactly sure what we want. This opposite pull from Neptune may also make it seem best to just escape, get lost in fantasy land instead of manifesting what we'd like in this human world. The best way to balance this energy is to utilize the highest octave of Neptune, the spiritual dimension of life. Balancing your spiritual side, with your earthy human side. To bring the dreams of your spirit and manifest it into reality. To trust that the universe will bring you what you need in life. That it will set you on the right path. Time to connect to that energy. 

The New Moon is also sextile Jupiter in Scorpio and trine Pluto in Capricorn. (Jupiter and Pluto are also sextile each other) This is some great energy for growth and transformation. Jupiter in Scorpio can help us grow into a life that is aligned with our deepest desires. What do you desire? What have you been pushing down into the depths of your being that would truly satisfy you if you could have it. Desire causes us strife when we think it's something outside of us that we don't have. If we acknowledge that we have everything we desire already, if we get into that mindset, it will be easier for us to manifest those desires into our everyday lives now. The trine to Pluto shows lots of transformation in the structures of our physical lives. Changes are afoot! We have been in a holding pattern all summer. It's like we were in an airport waiting for our flight the whole time and now it's finally here! It's time for take off! 

The day of the New Moon, Venus moves into Scorpio. This is an intense placement for Scorpio. It will go retrograde in this sign in about a month, so the energy of Venus in Scorpio is one we will have for awhile. This is all about having a life and relationships that are deeply fulfilling on a soul level, filled with passion. We are awakening more and more into what we truly desire. Venus makes some tough aspects however as it moves through the beginning degrees of Scorpio.The first aspect is makes  is an inconjunct to Chiron in Aries. Chiron in Aries is retrograde helping us uncover our wounds around identity so that we can move past them. This inner drive to heal our identities is at odds with the passionate romantic Venus in Scorpio at the moment. 

~ Overall this is a wonderful time of new beginnings. Our physical/material lives are growing, expanding, transforming and falling into place. They are becoming aligned with our true desires. ~

Full Moon in Pisces: Let's Go Fly a Kite

It's been such a crazy summer with Eclipse season and the Retrogrades. Things have been intense, yet also slow. That's just about to finally end on Monday though when Mars finally turns direct. To close it out we have a Full Moon in Pisces early Sunday morning. During the Full Moon a magical aspect pattern will form called a kite. 

The Full Moon happens astrologically when the Sun and Moon are opposing, so we always deal with an axis of energy. This time we have the Moon in Pisces and Sun in Virgo. With the Moon in Pisces we are releasing all the emotions we have felt this summer or at least around this time. We are releasing some feelings and preparing to move forward. 

The Sun in Virgo is about our day to day lives, working, being practical, organized and getting stuff done. Plus the Sun is in a grand trine with Saturn in Capricorn and Uranus in Taurus. All earth signs are activated creating a grand earth trine, this trine makes up part of the kite. We are in a very earthy time. Now there's more focus on our material/physical world. Saturn helps us get structured and serious. Uranus heralds change, although in a grounded way at this time. 

The Moon opposite the Sun and then also sextile Saturn and Uranus is what creates the kite. Looking at an Astrology chart if you connected the lines between these four planets you would see the kite. That's literally what it looks it. It's kind of crazy for all these planets to create that formation at the time of the Full Moon. It's a special energy that's for sure. There can be a fated quality about this time. Things lining up the way they are supposed to. The key I feel is in the Moon in Pisces. All the other planets involved are in earth signs and are all flowing together. The Moon in Pisces is kind of the head of this energy. The others are all concerned with the material/physical plane. The Moon in Pisces is our emotions. The key to having an amazing life on the earthly plane at the moment is to get our emotions in check and to release feelings we shouldn't hang on to, so that we can feel good and manifest all the good things in our lives! Pisces also rules the spirit and source/the universe/God. However you want to word or think of it. Connecting to that energy and letting yourself be divinely guided in the right direction is what you want to do at this time. There is magic right now. Let go a little bit and let the pieces fall into place.

We can all be grateful though because now we're headed out of the crazy energy of the summer and creating new things in our lives. New Moon Solar Eclipse in Leo: There is No One Alive Who is Your Than You

It's here! The last of the Eclipses! The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Leo will happen in the wee small hours of tomorrow morning (August 11th ). Eclipses happen astrologically when the Sun and the Moon are conjunct the Nodes, so this is the time for us to finally get the lesson of the North Node in Leo and the South Node in Aquarius. 

✨Leo Energy ✨

I know I've talked about this energy so much by now, but here I go again! This Solar Eclipse is really the big final moment to fully embrace this energy. It's a new beginning. Mercury and Mars are still retrograde so this new beginning is starting more on the inside at this time and then the full effects will start to all come together at the end of the month. 

So the Solar Eclipse is in Leo, of course highlighting the North Node in Leo. What's this energy about? It's about stepping into your true authentic self. Now is the time for a fresh start with this energy. This is happening on different levels for different people. For some this is a new concept and for others it's not so new. It's time to shine your inner light, to bask in the wonderfulness of who you are. With the South Node in Aquarius, it's time to share this with others. It's time to follow your heart. To live from your heart space. It's time to share your innate gifts. It's time to get in touch with your creative power. Now you can create a life that is authentic to you! 

It's about fun and happiness as well. Are you ready for a life that makes you happy; a life that you find fun? You won't be happy unless you allow yourself to be you and to live the life you want. If you are pleasing others you won't be having any fun. In fact that can get super boring really fast. Living someones else's life is no fun. 

It's time to step into our inner king or queen energy and create our kingdoms the way we'd like them. Or our inner rockstar. Whatever archetype you can think of that represents standing strong in your authentic power and rocking it. 

The time for giving yourself up for anybody else is over. Hopefully if you had issues surrounding that you've been working on letting that go. This is another super important opportunity to get as far away from that as possible. 

✨Mercury Retrograde Conjunct Solar Eclipse ✨

Mercury Retrograde in Leo has been helping us out with the Leo energy through reflection. It's very close to the New Moon. There may still be important revelations to be had about yourself that you may discover through quiet time and reflection. Mercury Retrograde also takes us back to the past and Leo is your inner child. It's time to reflect on who you were when you were younger. It's good to get in touch with that simpler time because there are so many keys about who you really are imbedded in that time. 

✨Mercury Retrograde Square Jupiter ✨

At the same time of the New Moon Solar Eclipse, Mercury is square Jupiter. We really still need to reflect because this square to Jupiter shows us that there's some thing or things that we really desire deep down that we're either not seeing or acknowledging perhaps. We need to really think and bring up to the surface these deep desires so we can act on them and expand. Whatever they are will most likely help us have a better life. Also, on a side note be careful what you say during this aspect as you could say too much or go to far. 

✨Venus Starting to trine/sextile the Nodes ✨

This is helping us find balance as Venus is in Libra. To allow ourselves to feel good and have what brings us pleasure in our lives. It helps us connect to love. The pure energy of love. So that we can love ourselves, experience genuine love with others and love our lives. 

✨Pluto Inconjunct Solar Eclipse ✨

There's transformation that needs to happen, but we may be struggling with that. An inconjunct is when two energies are not working together and are very different. We want to step into our new fabulous lives perhaps without having to cut away the old or to face what seems would be a crisis. We need to be willing to transform. 

~ What a crazy summer it's been! This is like the final countdown right now though and what it all comes down to. It's all about stepping into our authentic selves and all the the different energies are just pulling and pushing us in that direction. This Solar Eclipse is exciting though! It marks new energy. It can also be a fated time. Keep in mind that the energy will start moving forward after August 27th, so don't be frustrated if you don't see results right now. Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius: Releasing Whatever is Holding You Back From Your True Radiant Self

Tomorrow (July 27th 2018 1:20 PST) we are having a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius! Lunar Eclipses always happen during a Full Moon and signify a period of release. It's a wrapping up of a certain life cycle and a time to let things go. It can also be a very emotional time. With both Mercury and Mars Retrograde going on at the same time, it sure is an interesting Eclipse season.

Sun in Leo - Moon in Aquarius 

Astrologically, Eclipses always happen when the Sun and Moon are close to the Nodes. This Eclipse is a total one and the Sun and Moon are only one degree away from the Nodes. Now, we always say that this is a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius, but any Full Moon is always composed of the Sun and Moon in opposing signs. The energy and sign placement of both the Sun and Moon are equally important. With this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse we are dealing with the Leo - Aquarius axis. The Sun in Leo is conjunct the North Node, which is the energy we should be moving into. The Moon in Aquarius is conjunct the South Node, which is an energy we should balance with the North Node, but also some energy we need to let go of. 

The goal with the Sun and the North Node in Leo is to become more authentic, to unearth our true selves, shine our inner light, follow our hearts, become in touch with our creative power and to create an authentic life that is aligned with our true selves. These are themes I have been talking about like a broken record, but it is so important for our individual and collective evolution that we move in this direction. That is what the Nodes are all about. The North Node represents the path that will help us evolve, while the South Node represents something we need to move away from. Ultimately we can balance the two energies as well. The Eclipses are the times of the year that the Nodes are highlighted. The points where we are reminded and maybe slightly pushed to deal with this energy. That's why they are called fated times. 

With the Moon and South Node in Aquarius this is a time to let go of people, situations, groups etc. that are keeping you from being your authentic self. Any pressures you have felt from society or anything you have been conditioned to become, you're being given an opportunity to let go of these things. This is a time to get away from 'herd' type mentalities. We are ending a phase of life where we felt like we followed certain paths to please others or to fit in. What is so awesome about Astrology is that it shows that everyone on this planet is completely unique. A birth chart isn't duplicated for 25,000 years. No one on this planet is like you! Yet, everyone comes from the same source and are connected by that. If you think about your uniqueness in balance with your connectedness to all life, that will help you with this energy. That is the realization we need to come to and totally embrace. We will feel better once we allow ourselves to be our authentic unique selves. Then we can share this with others and contribute positively to life and also be able to respect others knowing that they are their own unique person, yet they come from the same source of life as you. That is the Leo - Aquarius axis! Leo is the part of us that wants to shine and bask in our uniqueness. Aquarius is a sign that acknowledges the common brotherhood and sisterhood we share with all humanity. 

Mars Retrograde Conjunct the Moon

Mercury and Mars are Retrograde in the signs that this Eclipse revolves around, Leo and Aquarius. How crazy is that? We are really being forced to reflect and review on these themes and to really get the lesson. Mars Retrograde is particularly involved in this Eclipse as it is conjunct the Moon. There may be lots of stuff from the past or things we've suppressed that we need to release and get out of our system at this time. It'll be interesting to see whether people make big life decisions now or whether they decide to process everything and then make outer life changes when Mars goes direct in a month. 

Uranus and Chiron 

Uranus is loosely square the Sun and Moon during the Eclipse, while Chiron will be loosely trine the Sun and Moon. With Uranus involved there can be potential for unexpected things to happen. Be on the lookout, although of course you can never predict the unexpected. Uranus at least shows a time of change and needing to break free from what's holding you back and Eclipses are already times of immense change regardless. Also with Uranus involved, there can be a lot of nervous tension or anxiety. Chiron in Aries on the other hand is trying to help us heal any wounds around identity. That energy goes very well with the Leo energy at this time. This healing energy around our identity can be so helpful for us to step more into our authenticity. 

Venus in Virgo Trine Pluto in Capricorn 

This aspect is happening at the same time as the Eclipse. This shows transformation around romantic relationships potentially. Venus in Virgo is about all the little things, so perhaps transformation around the little things in your life can make a bigger difference than you might think. This doesn't have to be limited to romantic relationships. Virgo and Capricorn are earth signs, so these little things have to do with our physical/material lives. Virgo is about purification and health, so whatever transforms can be healthy for you whether it's physically, emotionally, spiritually or mentally. 

~ It's an intense time we're living in! Yet such a powerful time for us to release what is holding us back, to wrap up an old phase and to embrace the path of authenticity. Everyone is on a different level of this journey. There are those that already lead very authentic lives, for them it's questioning how they can take that further or how they can further share. Others are just starting out and this is a profound time of breaking out of their cocoon. Wherever you're at, know that this is such an important part of your evolution. There can be growing pains, but being authentic can be so refreshing! ~ 

Mercury Retrograde in Leo: Uncovering Our True Selves

Get ready! Tonight Mercury is going Retrograde! It will be Retrograde just a little over three weeks. This Mercury Retrograde is happening at such an interesting and crazy time astrologically. It's coinciding with a Mars Retrograde and with Eclipse season. It's a time of fated events, beginnings and endings and plenty of review and reflection first. 

With both Mars and Mercury Retrograde, this is a time to slow down and turn within to examine your life. This can be a frustrating time, as perhaps not much seems to be moving forward. Trust me though, once this summer is over our lives will most likely be quite different. First we need to review and examine. If you don't take good time for yourself you could get forced to slow down. A personal observation I've made is that people who don't take time for themselves or are bogged down by responsibilities without an option to stop during a retrograde, get sick. The universe seems like it will make you slow down and spend some time with yourself to reflect whether it's your choice or not! No matter what your duties are, whatever free time you have really try to opt for spending time with yourself. With these two Retrogrades going on it's time to push the pause button a bit and process. We need to process what has been going on recently in our lives. Some may need to process things from the past if there are residual issues and feelings that need to be dealt with. Once we've done our processing, then we can use this time to figure out where we would like to go from here. 

Typical Mercury Retrograde Issues to Look Out For 

1. Communication. It can get wonky. Especially with today's reliance on electronic communication. Take your time when communicating. Double check things and communicate clearly and well to avoid misunderstandings. 

2. Be careful with all electronics, devices etc. Things like that can go on the fritz. 

3. This can be a time where mind is very active. If you become overwhelmed by your thoughts take the time to write out your thoughts or something. 

4. The personal planets going retrograde have a tendency to bring up the past. People from the past could show up. This could be a good thing, someone you need to reconnect with or that needs to bring something to your attention about who you used to be. Sometimes the people that show up though are mostly just random. It's a good idea to be discerning if you're getting messages from someone from the past. Think about their intentions and if it would even be beneficial to connect to them. 

5. Retrogrades are not times to start completely new things. Of course life does not stop during a retrograde and I'm not telling you to hide out under your covers. That being said I would not recommend starting a completely new project, job or relationship at this time. This is a great time instead to figure out what your next step should be. Also, endings can be tricky at this time. A Lunar Eclipse is happening this weekend which can bring bring changes or endings about. Yet Retrogrades are usually not times to make big decisions. I feel like everyone will just have to feel this one out individually. Some may feel very pushed to make changes right now, others may start to get the ball rolling, but will make a full and final decision when the Retrogrades are over. 

Mercury in Leo

Now let's talk about the fact that this Mercury Retrograde is happening in the sign of Leo! What's so crazy is that the Eclipses are revolving around the signs of Leo and Aquarius and Mars is Retrograde in Aquarius while Mercury will be Retrograde in Leo! How crazy is that? We are totally being urged to figure out the lessons of these signs. The North Node is in Leo, so during this time this is the energy we are supposed to be moving into. The energy of authenticity, shining our inner light, following our hearts and becoming immersed in our personal power of creation. Therefore during Mercury Retrograde in Leo we are really reflecting deeply within ourselves to get more in touch with our personal essence. To listen to our hearts. This can be a great time to play around with your creativity as well. Yes, the energy can be slow and frustrating. I feel like there is kind of an exciting aspect to this Mercury Retrograde though. There's a great opportunity to bask in the essence of who we are as we take a step inwards. As long as we don't pressure ourselves to get out there and make it happen this moment, there's opportunity for fun, play and creativity. Aries is the baby in zodiac, but Leo is the child. This is an important time to get in touch with your inner child. This could be difficult for some who have childhood trauma they need to heal. It can also be quite fun though. When people are children they're still at a malleable age where they haven't been too swayed by others ( I guess it really depends on the situation) . In moments of play they are drawn to certain things. There's an opportunity now to reflect on that . As we reflect on this we may realize elements of our authentic selves that we have since repressed over the years. For some, reflecting and looking back may bring  profound realizations. For others, revisiting certain things from your childhood could be important as silly as that may seem! Perhaps you should engage in activities you once liked or watch your favorite childhood movie. You could end up learning something valuable about yourself and what you were initially drawn to. 

~What we are really doing at this time is uncovering aspects of our authentic selves. Everyone is on a different level of this journey. Some people are already really far along, but could go deeper or share more of themselves. Others are just starting out. Our culture is obsessed with 'becoming' but this process we're going through isn't about 'becoming' anything. We already are who we truly are. We need to become archeologists within our own souls, personalities and lives to uncover  our inner truth because it's already there. It's an interesting time, but I'm so excited to see the amazing things that happen when life starts moving forwards again.~
